Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At PAWS Ahead™, we value your time and our mentors’ commitment to providing personalized support. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that you review the following session policy: Rescheduling a Session You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. To reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly at info@PAWSAhead.org. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and a $10 rescheduling fee. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be refunded and may not be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are considered non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable issue, please contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
